“The Vampire Diaries” Season 6, episode 13 will take a depressing turn when Bonnie (Kat Graham) is stuck celebrating her birthday in 1994. As previously reported, Bonnie will be forced to celebrate by herself. However, her friends will have their own celebration for her, according to the synopsis. Bonnie doesn’t appear in any of the new photos above, but it looks like Elena (Nina Dobrev), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) will be trying to communicate with her.

The three will try to put the ascendant back together, but they might have a little trouble. Since all three are pictured knocked to the ground, it appears that they'll need some help. In the promo below, they turn to Kai (Chris Wood) for help. They might not be able to get over there, however they will “attempt to send Bonnie a message, but the situation turns dire when they make an unsettling discovery,” the synopsis teases. What’s the big discovery? Judging from the extended trailer below, it looks like Bonnie wants to kill herself. The group will have to find a way to talk her out of it quickly. However, the outcome might have a huge effect on her ex, Jeremy. “Realizing it might be time to move on with his life, Jeremy contemplates leaving Mystic Falls for good,” the synopsis says.

Also pictured above are Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice Accola). It isn’t quite clear what they’re doing, but Caroline has some items from her childhood in front of her. Stefan will fully support whatever quirky plan Caroline is attempting. He “keeps a close eye on Caroline as she unconventionally attempts to cope with everything going on around her,” according to the episode description.

There is one more important character missing from the promo video and photos: Enzo (Michael Malarkey). His plans to ruin Stefan’s life haven’t ended yet. The vampire wants to use Sarah Salvatore (Tristan Mays) to get to Stefan. He “enlists a reluctant Matt (Zach Roerig) to help interfere with her life,” the synopsis teases.
