On the one hand, Samsung is offering free Gear VR headset and content worth $150 to anyone purchasing the Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge or Galaxy Note 5, among other Galaxy devices in the U.S. And here, Verizon is giving away a free Smart TV to mark Father’s Day.

Verizon customers can now avail a 50-inch Smart TV free of charge upon purchasing “two units” of Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge or Galaxy Note 5. To top it off, the handsets should be purchased under Device Payment plan. The expectation of Verizon here is that at least one new line should be activated to avail the free Smart TV.

In case, buyers would like to purchase “just one” handset via Device Payment plan and activate a new line, Verizon will give away a 32-inch Samsung Smart TV instead. Even though, the carrier has not indicated the end date of this promotional deal, the official website says it’s a limited period offer.

For those planning to purchase the flagship Galaxy S7, here is a quick summary of key specifications and features. This smartphone features a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display, aided by 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution and Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 panel protection. This combination translates to a phenomenal pixel density of 577 ppi.

Under the hood, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset with a quad-core processor powers the S7 with 4GB of RAM in tow. From the software end, without any surprise, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS runs the device out of the box with TouchWiz customizations.

Apart from the standard 32GB or 64GB of built-in storage options, Samsung has equipped the S7 series with a microSD card slot to facilitate memory expansion. Other Galaxy S7 features include a 12-megapixel primary camera unit, a 5-megapixel selfie-clicker, a Li-Ion 3,000 mAh non-removable battery cell and a fingerprint scanner.
