Victoria's Secret, American retailer of women wear, beauty products and lingerie recently launched a new Valentine's-themed television advertisement where the gorgeous models talked about their own love lives.
As much as it is known for its elaborate collections and lines, Victoria's Secret is especially famous for its annual fashion shows and catalogues featuring top fashion models. The brand's first stores were opened in two Canadian cities: Edmonton in August 2010 and Toronto in September 2010. Later on, the company added seven locations in Toronto, two in Western Canada and one each in Kuwait and the UAE.

The brand is the largest value driver for the publicly traded Limited Brands contributing over 50 percent of the company’s annual stock. Since its inception in 1977 by Tufts University graduate Roy Raymond, the luxe brand has been giving tough competition to the likes of Ann Taylor, Gap and American Eagle.

In 2012, the company is planning to establish its first location in the UK with a 16,500 square-foot flagship store on Bond Street, London.

For the current Valentine campaign, the Angels include Lily Aldridge, Chanel Iman, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton and Adriana Lima.

The collection can be availed from www.victoriassecret.com/loveme, in the Victoria’s Secret Catalogue, in Victoria’s Secret stores nationwide, and on the Victoria’s Secret iPad and iPhone apps. Besides this, the company allowed customers to create their own Valentine's Day Cards to send to his or her sweetheart via email or social network.
Victoria's Secret/handout.A special addition to the advertisement is that the company has also introduced a special behind-the-scenes video of their “Do’s and Don’ts" photo shoot. This is aimed to provide an exclusive “inside tour” of the campaign with the models revealing details about their love lives.
Vogue UK quoted Lily Aldridge who is engaged to Kings Of Leon frontman Caleb Followill saying that her first crush was on a boy from a very different band.
The brand is currently working on a new advertising campaign in Malibu where the Angels are shooting for the forthcoming summer collection with director Michael Bay.
