It's one of those videos that immediately gains a lot of attention and goes viral -- a man recorded his dogs off the coast of western Australia, and one of the dogs bit into a shark.

"He's giving him a bite! The dog is biting the shark," said Russell Hood-Penn in the voice-over as he recorded the events unfold. "That is unbelievable. I've seen it all now. I can't believe I just got that on film."

The dogs are seen swimming amongst many sharks, when one decides to take a bite out of the dog. The sharks were likely near the shore because of a dead dugong (a large marine mammal similar to a manatee) is lying along the beach.

There is no way to tell if the shark was injured, but the dogs appeared to be fine.

The video's views have skyrocketed in the past week on YouTube.

The video is somewhat similar to another incident involving a dog and a shark that received nearly 28 million hits on YouTube.
