"The Voice" returns to NBC on Monday, Sept. 19. NBC

“The Voice” Season 11 is already poised to bring some outstanding new talent, as well as a fresh dynamic for the coaches.

The NBC singing competition will welcome back mainstays Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, who have served as coaches since “The Voice” USA premiered in April 2011. Viewers can also expect the same format for the show, including the “Blind Auditions” that make “The Voice” unique from other singing competitions on television.

Prior to the premiere of “The Voice” Season 11 on this week, check out some things you need to know about the new season of the show below!

New Coaches

Two female judges will be replacing Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams, who both served as coaches in “The Voice” Season 10, and they are Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys, Heavy reported. This is the first time that the show will have two female judges instead of just one, and this will no doubt shake things up for Levine and Shelton.

Cyrus recently appeared on the “Today” show, where she opened up about joining “The Voice” Season 11, Billboard reported. When asked by Savannah Guthrie and Cyrus' “The Voice” co-star Carson Daly about whether she needed convincing to be a full-time coach on the show, she replied with a firm “no.” She added, “I was convinced because, this show, I don't think people at home realize how real this is. I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't what it... what it looks like is what it is. It's being there for people and encouraging them to be who they are.”

New Tagline

Along with the new additions to the show, “The Voice” also has a new tagline: “This Changes Everything.” This likely has something to do with Cyrus and Keys joining as full-time coaches and evening the female-to-male-coaches ratio for “The Voice.” Check out the teaser for “The Voice” Season 11 and its judges below!

Audition Teasers

“The Voice” Season 11 has already posted some blind audition teasers on their official YouTube channel, making fans curious to find out who the new contestants are and which team they've joined.

Among the auditions posted was Wé McDonald’s, who had all four judges on their feet with her performance of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good.” All four judges pressed the “turn-around” buzzer and fought to have her on their team. However, the teaser didn’t reveal which coach she chose, so viewers will have to wait until the premiere to see which team she joined. Watch more blind audition teasers below:

“The Voice” Season 11 will have a two-night premiere. The first half is set to air on Monday, Sept. 19, while the second half of the Season 11 premiere airs Tuesday, Sept. 20, according to Morning News USA.
