“The Walking Dead” Season 7 premiere is still months away, but AMC is giving loyal fans an early treat. An hour-long special dedicated to the upcoming new season will air this Sunday on the network.

Those who tune into AMC at 10PM will get to catch behind-the-scenes clips and exclusive interviews with the cast and executive producers of “The Walking Dead.” They will break down where the survivors left off in the Season 6 finale, and the drama to come in Season 7 as they face their biggest threat yet — comic book villain Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) . Special guests, including super-fan Yvette Nicole Brown, will also make appearances in the hour-long special, which will be hosted by Chris Hardwick.

The Season 7 special isn’t the only reason to tune into AMC on Sunday. The network will also be airing an all-day marathon of “The Walking Dead” Season 6. All 16 episodes of the latest season, which concluded in April, will air starting at 4:22 a.m. on August 14. However, there will be a five-minute break at 7:25 p.m. for a special look ahead at Season 2B of the companion series “Fear the Walking Dead.”

“Fear the Walking Dead” went on hiatus on May 22 and will return to AMC for the second half of its season on August 21. The group of survivors had split when the series left off. Travis (Cliff Curtis) decided to take his own path with Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie) after realizing that his son was not coping well in the zombie apocalypse. Madison (Kim Dickens) was forced to flee the compound in Mexico with Strand (Colman Domingo) after killing Celia (Marlene Flores) and starting a fire. Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) were with them, but Nick (Frank Dillane) refused to join. They drove off as Nick walked among the dead.
