Wall St ends higher on profits, energy shares

The Dow Jones industrial average was up 67.80 points, or 0.49 percent, at 13,784.75. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was up 6.95 points, or 0.46 percent, at 1,517.99. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 8.31 points, or 0.31 percent, at 2,648.17.
