FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - U.S. stock markets fluctuate between gains and losses in the first hour of trading, while Dollar recovery move performed during the European session seems to have lost steam.
Financials, which have lead the last weeks rally have turned down on Friday; Bank of America slid 9.7%, and J.P. Morgan Chase fell 5% . The Dow Jones Index edges up 0.35%, while the Nasdaq Index is posting losses by 0.33%.
Dollars recovery seems to have lost strength, and Euro Pound and yen recovered slightly from European session lows. EUR/USD has bounced up at 1.3535 intra-day low to test 1.3615, although the level has not given way so far.
GBP/USD has posted an slight recovery after hitting 1.4395 intra-day low, and the USD/JPY is testing mar 18 low at 95 65 after having failed to break above in its first attempt.
