The 2014 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is well underway, and it has already produced a plethora of adorable photos.

A total of 2,845 dogs representing 190 breeds are gathered at New York's Madison Square Garden this week for the event’s 138th annual incarnation. On Monday, judges inspected hundreds of participants en route to determining the winners of several “Best of Breed” and “Best of Group” awards.

Winners have already been chosen for the hound, non-sporting, toy and herding categories. Nathan the bloodhound, Classie the miniature pinscher, Ally the poodle and Coco Posh the Cardigan Welsh corgi are four of the seven contenders for the Westminster Dog Show’s “Best In Show” award. Tuesday’s show coverage will focus on the sporting, working and terrier groups as well as the Junior Showmanship event. Judge Betty Regina Leininger will announce the winner of “Best In Show” shortly before 11 p.m. ET.

Westminster Dog Show judges also determined “Best of Breed” for every breed in Monday’s four featured groups. A full list of those winners can be viewed at the event’s official website, or by clicking here.
