Donald Trump hates Barack Obama so much he hired prostitutes to urinate on a hotel bed used by the president and first lady Michelle Obama at a upscale Moscow hotel, according to an unverified report on the president-elect's alleged ties to Russia published by BuzzFeed Tuesday. A PDF of the 35-page document can be read here.

It's unclear what, if anything, in the report is true. But if the report is valid, Trump could be in big trouble, former NSA legal counsel Susan Hennessey told Forbes.

"The intelligence community does not take mere innuendo to the President of the United States. So that is a strong indication that these allegations should be taken seriously," Hennessey said. "If there was any evidence that the Trump campaign actively colluded with Russia and committed crimes, that would be the most shocking political scandal in American history. It would be a betrayal not only of the American people, but of basic democratic values. If sufficient evidence emerges that the FBI has substantiated the allegations or is preparing criminal indictments, then even hardline Republicans in Congress will likely call for Governor Pence to take the oath of office."

Former Acting CIA Director John McLaughlin said he had questions about the veracity of the report.

“The two things I'd like most to know are 1.) what is the chain of acquisition—it was apparently circuitous. That always holds clues on whether someone has an agenda and what that might be,” he told Newsweek in an email. “2.) Who is the author—is it someone with experience and skill at vetting sources or someone less so. Without knowing these things, it's impossible to judge.”

Meanwhile, a spokesman for President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia denied the allegations. “The Kremlin has no compromising dossier on Trump, such information isn’t consistent with reality and is nothing but an absolute fantasy,” the spokesman, Dmitri S. Peskov, said at a news conference.
