The 2013 NCAA Tournament is set to come to a close this weekend.

Louisville, Wichita State, Michigan and Syracuse will all compete in the Final Four with a shot at the national championship.

To start off the weekend, the biggest underdog remaining will take on the top overall seed in March Madness. No.1 Louisville is a double-digit favorite over No.9 Wichita State. The Cardinals weren’t tested much on their road to the Final Four, while the Shockers had to beat the No.1 and No.2 seed in the West Region.

The late game is expected to be more competitive, as Michigan takes on Syracuse. Both teams made it out of their respective regions as No.4 seeds, beating the No.1 seeds along the way.

For the third straight year, just one No.1 seed has made it to the final weekend. It’s just the second time since 2000 that three of the last four teams are seeded No.4 or higher.

Despite recent parody in the Final Four, history favors Louisville this weekend. It has been 16 years since a team that wasn’t seeded No.3 or better won the title. Arizona cut down the nets in 1997 as a No.4.

Unlike the first few rounds of the tournament, the last three games of March Madness will all be featured at night and on the same channel. The national championship game is scheduled for Monday night.
