"My Big Fat Fabulous Life" star Whitney Way Thore might be pregnant. TLC

Reality star and body positive activist Whitney Way Thore confused fans in the trailer for Season 4 of her TLC show “My Big Fat Fabulous Life.” In part, she explores her sexuality and in another, she has a pregnancy scare.

“Large and in charge, Whitney Thore has dialed up the drama as a newly single blonde on TLC’s ‘My Big Fat Fabulous Life,’ premiering Tuesday, January 24 at 9 p.m. EST,” a press release for the show reads. “Learning to fit in a world that’s not designed for a fat person, Whitney continues to struggle with her Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and the judgment that surrounds her on a daily basis.”

While the description of Season 4 reads like the past three seasons, the promo shows something different. For one, Thore broke up with her boyfriend, painter Lennie Alehat. She also shares a kiss with an unknown woman, who tells Thore she’s always been attracted to her. “I am feeling a vibe,” Thore says.

In the second half of the trailer, Thore wonders if she’s pregnant. Her friend notes that she is tired all the time and sick in the morning. Thore is shown throwing up into the toilet bowl. “I’m not ready to have a child,” Thore says, pulling out a pregnancy test.

The apparent pregnancy is not supported by her father. “You’re broken up with Lennie and you come home as an unwed mother,” he says. In the next scene, Lennie asks to see the pregnancy test. Thore is stunned that he doesn’t believe her.

If that weren’t enough, Thore is shown getting a sonogram. “I didn’t even think it was possible,” she says.

To find out if Thore is pregnant with Alehat’s child, don’t miss Season 4 of “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
