Leonardo DiCaprio's step-brother is reportedly facing a lengthy jail sentence following his most recent arrest.

According to Radar Online, Adam Farrar was arrested on Jan. 24 in Collin County, Tex., for possession of a dangerous drug and theft. The warrants for the two Class A Misdemeanors were both issued in Los Angeles County. DiCaprio's troubled sibling was also charged with a Class B Misdemeanor of harassment by phone.

The 43-year-old has been in and out of court over the last three years for numerous offenses. These include driving without a license, domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance, says the Daily Mail. Farrar has a 6-year-old daughter with his girlfriend, Charity Moore. Moore was also recently arrested for several drug- and theft-related offenses, reports Radar Online.

Sources have told the site that 39-year-old DiCaprio hasn't been in contact with his brother for the last few years, with the two currently in the middle of a "bitter family feud." The pair -- who were raised together in Los Angeles -- had previously been spotted out together periodically at L.A. Lakers games and at social outings. But in recent years, contact between the two has reportedly ceased.

Rumors began to spread in December that Farrar was missing. At the time, The Sun said a source told the publication Farrar hadn't been in touch with his family after a brief time in jail. But a conflicting report from Radar Online said a source told Radar that Farrar wasn't missing at all.

DiCaprio has yet to comment on his brother's arrest or the pair's reported feud.
