Houston rapper Jefe Wine is claiming to be the male companion reportedly seen with fellow rapper Iggy Azalea in an unreleased sex tape. While Azalea has denied making a tape and called anyone attempting to profit from such videos a “sex offender,” Jefe Wine tells TMZ he did not meet the Australian native until she was 18, and added that she is “100 percent fully aware” of the fact they made a sex tape together. So who is he?

Jefe Wine, who also goes by the name Wine-O, has over 17 albums, and in 2013 collaborated with Rick Ross on the single “Black Jew.” He first made music headlines in 2006 with the release of his Billboard Top 100 single “Pop My Trunk,” featuring Paul Wall.

"I was born into music," Jefe Wine told Yahoo earlier this year. "I was influenced by my father, who everyone called Mr. Guitar, and later on by Scarface from the Geto Boys. When I was homeless on the streets, I would rap about my problems. Music is my outlet and my passion."

Iggy Azalea has spoken out about having a sex tape after news broke this week about it being shopped to Steven Hirsch, founder of adult entertainment company Vivid Entertainment. The 23-year-old took to Twitter on Thursday and posted a series of tweets denying the claims.

But Hirsch claims that he has seen the video and alleges that the woman is in fact Azalea.

"There is little doubt in my mind that the person that I saw in the teaser of images from the tape is Iggy Azalea,” Hirsch told E! News.

The tape could beat the sales record set by Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s infamous 2007 sex tape, according to the Vivid Entertainment founder. "I believe there would be a huge demand for her sex tape," Hirsch said in a press release. “Iggy has proved that she's an amazing talent...We are conducting our due diligence, and if we are satisfied with our review, we will definitely try to make a deal to distribute the tape."
