A Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) private wealth manager has been charged with three counts of unlawful surveillance after he allegedly secretly videotaped three women engaging in consensual sex acts with him.

According to the New York Daily News, John C. Kelly -- a graduate of Williams College who has worked for Morgan Stanley since 2004 -- filmed sex romps at his E. 69th St apartment between Sept. 2011 and Dec. 2012.

“In this case, the defendant videotaped three unrelated women while they were performing sexual acts on him in his home,” prosecutor Siobhan Carthy said at the arraignment on Friday night in Manhattan Criminal Court.

According to a copy of the complaint obtained by the Daily News, Kelly “did surreptitiously video record informant engaged in sexual contact with defendant and such images show informant’s breasts,” and the “victim did not consent to such images being recorded and defendant did not have permission or authority to record or possess such images.”

In a separate incident, video footage of the second alleged victim’s “breasts, vagina and buttocks” can be seen.

According to the Daily News, police were made aware of the situation when one of Kelly’s alleged victims trashed his Upper East Side apartment and poured soda on his computer. She was arrested, but her case is expected to be dismissed.

On Friday night, Kelly was seen leaving the courthouse with his lawyer Robert Gottlieb, who said during the arraignment that Kelly had “no arrests, no problems with the law, and an exemplary background.”

Kelly faces a maximum of four years in prison for each count, the Daily News said. He was released on $15,000 bail.

According to his LinkedIn profile, John C. Kelly attended Brunswick School in Greenwich, Conn. prior to his time at Williams College in Williamstown, Mass., where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science. In 2004, he joined Morgan Stanley as a sales associate in private wealth management.
