Famed comedian and actor Louis C.K. was accused of sexual misconduct by five women in a new investigation by the New York Times Thursday. The comedian was married to Alix Bailey, a portrait painter, between 1995 and 2008.

Bailey and Louis C.K., both 50, have two children together - Mary Louise, 10, and Kitty, 13. The daughters both use Louis C.K.’s original last name, Szekely.

Bailey is also an occasional actress. She was in the film “Spooky Stakeout” in 2016 and a short film, “Searching for Nixon” in 2006. Originally from Washington, Bailey, studied painting at Bennington College and received an M.F.A. in painting from Indiana University. Louis C.K. and Bailey own four New York City apartments together in a Greenwich Village brownstone building, Variety reported last year. The latest apartment was purchased in 2016.

Louis C.K. was accused of sexual misconduct including masturbating in front of women or while on the phone with them.
