Will Smith may have some explaining to do, after pictures recently emerged of him getting a bit hands-on with actress Margot Robbie. The photos were taken in October but have just been made public.

In the black-and-white snapshots, Robbie is seen pulling up her shirt and showing off her white lace bra, as Smith, 45, also pulls up his shirt, showing off his chest. In another picture, he is seen pulling her toward him from behind.

There are now mixed reports on the pictures possibly being part of a film they're doing together. “He wasn’t acting like a married man; he gave no signs that he was in a committed relationship,” one source told Star. “What kind of married man would go into a photo booth with a sexy 23-year-old girl and start to undress?”

But another source spoke to E! News, claiming the pictures were part of production on a movie. “These pictures were commissioned by production,” the insider said. “The entire cast and crew saw them taken. The photo booth was on set all day for a bit of fun. It wasn't even a party; they were taken during the day and everyone knew about them. It was the last day of shooting.”

So who exactly is Robbie? The Australian-born actress is popular Down Under as a star of the long-running Australian soap opera “Neighbours,” which has featured several people who went on to become huge names, including Guy Pearce, Liam Hemsworth and Kylie Minogue. But Robbie got her big break in America recently, after landing a role in the upcoming film “The Wolf of Wall Street” alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.

Whether or not the pictures were simply part of a film, Will's wife Jada Pinkett-Smith is still not too pleased with her husband. While attending an event in West Hollywood Monday night, the 42-year-old actress wore a number of rings, but none of them was her wedding ring.

For years, there has been speculation about their marriage, as rumors have swirled that the two have an open relationship and are able to date other people. In April this year, Jada said on HuffPost Live: "I've always told Will, 'You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be OK.' Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man. I'm here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that's not for me to do for him. Or vice versa."

She later clarified her remarks on Facebook, saying, "Here is how I will change my statement...Will and I both can do whatever we want, because we trust each other to do so. This does not mean we have an open relationship...this means we have a grown one."
