Vicki Gunvalson is well on her way to refilling her love tank following a nasty — and highly publicized — split from Brooks Ayers.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star has been boasting about a mystery man on Instagram for several weeks now. On Tuesday, she posted a photo of a beautiful bouquet of roses in celebration of one month of dating. Vicki, 54, shared with fans that this was her “2nd set of roses in a week,” adding that her new beau was “#sothoughtful.” While his name remains a mystery, fans have been privy to several photos of the gentleman. Two days prior to her flower photo, Vicki shared a snapshot from an insurance convention which she attended with her new man by her side. In the caption she called him “incredible.”

Vicki debuted her new relationship on social media May 7. She shared with fans that she and her mystery man were on their 10th date, revealing a select few details about his life. She posted a picture of her and him together, telling fans that her suitor was a politician who previously had a job in law enforcement. She also revealed that he is a big fan of country music and, of course, her.

This is the first man Vicki has publicly dated since splitting from Brooks nine months ago. It was rumored that she and a man named Smith Walker were a couple in November 2015. Walker was quick to shut down false stories, telling Us Weekly that they were just friends and had been for quite some time. He revealed to the publication that they met while filming Bravo’s “RHOC” in Season 5, at which time Vicki was still married to her second husband Donn Gunvalson.

Vicki and Brooks ended their relationship in August 2015. The pair released a joint statement in which they provided no specific reason for their split. Shortly after Us Weekly published the statement online, it was revealed that it was Brooks who ended things. The split came during a trip to Florida, and Brooks said that ending their relationship — which was clouded with controversy surrounding his questionable cancer diagnosis — felt like a weight being lifted off his shoulders.

Despite having broken up, the relationship drama continued long after. During the Season 10 finale of “RHOC,” Vicki claimed that she did not believe he ex ever had cancer, adding that he was both physically and verbally abusive to her. She told her co-stars, as well as those watching at home, that she lied to protect herself from further harm and berating. Brooks has vehemently denied those claims.

Vicki has yet to reveal the name of her boyfriend. It remains unclear whether he will be featured in the upcoming season of “RHOC.”
