Showtime’s “Masters Of Sex” is determined to add some new and interesting characters in Season 4. After the Season 3 finale in which Dr. William “Bill” Masters lost his lover, his family and nearly pulverized his practice, the Showtime drama will depict the doctor rebuilding his life in the upcoming season.

One of the fresh faces that fans will see is Camryn Manheim. Here’s everything to know about her character:

1. Her Name Is Jade

“The Practice” and “Ghost Whisperer” actress will play a woman named Jade.

2. She Is a New-Age Guru

Jade is unlike any character on “Masters Of Sex.” She is a new-age guru who runs a partnering seminar for singles, Variety reports. Will Bill (Michael Sheen) and his fellow researcher Virginia Johnson (Lizzy Caplan) use her expertise for procuring surrogates for the study?

3. Jade Will Appear In At Least One Episode

Manheim, so far, will appear in only one episode. However, since “Masters Of Sex” season 4 is currently filming, the actress has the option of appearing in more episodes.

The Showtime drama series will begin Season 4 in 1968. As the season progresses, Bill and Virginia’s story will progress to the early 1970s. All of the show’s characters will take on new partners both professionally and personally.

Bill and Virginia will attempt to rebuilt their burned bridges and revive the practice when their personal lives collapse. Despite Dan Logan’s (Josh Charles) sweet proposal in Season 3, Virginia won’t be happy in the relationship.

Bill will also be seen battling his legal troubles after he was slapped with a lawsuit and prostitution charge.

“Masters Of Sex” stars Caitlin Fitzgerald and Annaleigh Ashford along with Sheen and Caplan. Season 4 premieres on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 10 p.m. EDT on Showtime.
