“Fashion Police” star Kelly Osbourne and fiancé Matthew Mosshart ended their engagement after two years together, Us Weekly reported Wednesday. The fashionista and vegan chef reportedly have an amicable split, Osbourne’s rep told the news site.

"Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement," the rep said in a statement. "The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don't expect it."

Osbourne, 29, seems to be taking the breakup well. She took to Twitter to post about her bittersweet New Year. “its all about perception sometimes the bad things that happen in life aren't really bad at all especially when you learn something from it!” she wrote on Wednesday.

The purple-haired star made sure to take her assumed heartbreak out at the gym. She added, “1 hour in the gym = 4miles & 573 calories #StartingTheYearOffRight!”

According to Us Weekly, the duo met at Kate Moss’ wedding in the summer of 2011. They didn’t reveal they were officially dating until months later in December. It wasn't the first time they kept a secret. The two didn’t come forward about their engagement until July 2013. "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever,” Osbourne told the news site over the summer. People say we're co-dependent, but we just want to be together all the time."
