Lindsay Lohan has already checked out of the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., after being there for a little more than a month. The 26-year-old has been transferred to the Cliffside rehab clinic in Malibu for the rest of her 90-day sentence after prosecutors approved the move, a source told Us Weekly.

The reason for the move is being done to “benefit” Lohan, but also because of her reputation of reportedly being a brat. This will be the third clinic Lohan has entered since her court-ordered rehab began.

On May 3 she first entered Morningside Recovery Center in Newport Beach, Calif., but only stayed there for a day. For the past few years the Hollywood beauty has been in trouble with the law, but in order to avoid jail time for reckless driving and lying to police, Lohan must complete psychological counseling and 30 days of community service in addition to her rehab, Us Weekly reported.

The red-haired actress is no stranger to rehab. This is her sixth stay at a facility, and before she was admitted, she told Piers Morgan in an interview for the Daily Mail's Event magazine that she was pessimistic about her impending rehab stay.

"I don't think I need to be on lockdown for three months. I don't think that's rehab," she said to Morgan before her latest stint. "Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless. The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab, it was like a joke, like killing time."

"I think there are other things I could do instead of going to a rehab center that would benefit me more," Lohan added. "The best thing they could do for me would be to make me go abroad to different countries and work with children."

Lohan rose to fame with the movie “Mean Girls,” but her career has been plagued with substance abuse and run-ins with the law.
