When my wife and I got married, we thought it would be cool to put up a wedding page before the big day.

We were married in December of 2005 and received many great comments about the page.

Five years later my wife calls me and says that our wedding page from The Knot, Inc. (KNOT) is still up!

So I called The Knot to remove our page. I was on hold FOREVER, so I gave up and emailed them instead. After sending multiple emails I FINALLY got a response.

This whole process was a joke, which is why I say “Why NOT The Knot, Inc. (KNOT)”
