South Korea's trade balance recorded a surplus of $5370 million in September from a previous surplus of $1704 million. Yearly exports fell 6.6% in September coming after a decline by 20.9%, while forecasts referred to -10.5%, worth mentioning that exports recorded $34970 million in September from $28966 million in August.

Imports declined 25.1% in September from a year earlier compared with a prior decline by 32.6%, while it came better than forecasts that referred to a drop by 26.6%. Imports recorded $29600 million in September from a previous $27262 million in August.
