Indian social activist and recipient of the honorary Padmashree award, Anna Hazare launched an indefinite hunger strike in New Delhi on Tuesday demanding the government to enact tough anti-corruption laws in the country.
Many questioned the credibility of the initiative but as thousands joined in the movement from different corners of the country; the Indian government has been forced to take interest in the matter.
On Wednesday, Hazare and thousands of followers marched towards Jantar Mantar, a famous archeo-astronomical site in the country.
