It appears there is some bad blood between “Wrecking Ball” singer Miley Cyrus and singer Taylor Swift. Cyrus slammed the “Bad Blood” video during an interview with Marie Claire, but Swift didn’t respond. The silence infuriated Cyrus, who will seek revenge during the 2015 Video Music Awards, Hollywood Life wrote in an exclusive report Thursday.

Cyrus, 22, was chosen to host the annual awards show, which will be held in Los Angeles. “She loves the controversy and is upset that Taylor hasn’t said anything about it. There is bound to be sparks between the two of them that night,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “Taylor is by far her biggest target, and Miley is thinking of ways to subtly diss her.”

Even though there’s some bubbling drama between the two singers, Cyrus won’t take all her frustration out on Swift, 25. Overall, she just wants to put on a good show, like her unforgettable performance with Robin Thicke at the 2013 show.

At the time, Cyrus wore a nude-colored, latex outfit, refused to keep her tongue in her mouth and grinded on Thicke, who was a married man at the time. She wants to duplicate the same shock this year. “She will be outrageous, funny, and really push the envelope as long as it shocks people and makes headlines,” a source said.

If the rumors are true, Cyrus isn’t the only one who has problems with Swift. It’s well-known that she and “Roar” singer Katy Perry don’t get along -- “Bad Blood” was apparently written about her. Also, Swift briefly beefed with “Anaconda” rapper Nicki Minaj after the VMA nominees for the Best Video of the Year were released.
