William Nelson, 4-year-old reunites with his father after a gunman who killed his mother, Jennifer Nelson, abandoned him at a rest stop in Madison County by a traveling couple.

Jennifer , 29, was found shout to death Friday at home in Dayton, Ohio.

Charlie Myers,22, was arrested on Monday on suspicion of aggravated murder, Montgomery County Sheriff Phil Plummer said he confessed to involvement in the murder of Jennifer. Sheriff's office said he was the one who dropped off William at the rest stop.

Diedrich authorities believe Myers became involved after Jennifer's car was stolen on December 17 at a concert. The ID and house keys were inside the vehicle at the time.
