Hiatus season is officially over for TV lovers. Plenty of TV shows are debuting and returning on Monday. Get your popcorn and settle in for a night of premieres.

Reality TV fans will have to make a choice at 8 p.m. EST. “Celebrity Apprentice” will premiere in its regular timeslot on NBC after the first part of the season premiere aired on Sunday. But another big competition show will be airing at the same time on ABC: “The Bachelor.” Thirty women are competing in Season 19 to win the heart of Chris Soules, but only one can get the final rose. Soules is a 33-year-old farmer from Iowa who competed on Andi Dorfman's season of “The Bachelorette,” but had his heart broken. Fans will have to watch to see if he can finally find true love.

Those who prefer scripted drama have options as well. “Gotham” is one of many dramas with a midseason premiere Monday night. The Batman origins show returns to Fox at 8 p.m. EST, and the midwinter premiere will kick off at Arkham Asylum. Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) took a job there, but he probably didn’t expect a homicide investigation so soon. “Firefly” and “Homeland” alum Morena Baccarin will also be introduced as a doctor with ties to the Wayne family.

Comedy lovers have slightly more limited choices. “2 Broke Girls” is the only comedy with a midseason premiere on Monday. On CBS at 8 p.m. EST, Max (Kat Dennings) and Caroline (Beth Behrs) will realize that not all businesses are as honest as their own. They’ll order T-shirts for their cupcake business, but they’ll start to question the work conditions at the T-shirt shop.
