Her team's diligent work has led Oxylabs to be named the fastest-growing public web data-gathering solutions company in Europe in the Financial Times' FT 1000 list.

In the world of tech, not only is she achieving company-level goals and driving the company towards success, but also dedicates her time to promoting women's leadership in technology through her volunteering activities in workshops and events.

"The market is very complex, not easy to understand for everyone, especially without a tech background. I found it even more difficult because of how people talk about it. I had no technical experience, but I have been in this market for quite a long time. I can tell you about it in simple words. Now even my mother understood what bitcoin is. Therefore I recently organised a special educational event in London focusing on women's adoption of crypto and the web3 market, in order to help as many women as possible to integrate into this new financial reality and be able to open wallets, keep their assets safe and if they want to start trading in crypto!"
