Belarusian-Cypriot developer Wargaming is bringing its massively multiplayer online game “World of Tanks” to the Xbox One. The company made the announcement via a YouTube trailer on Tuesday. The free-to-play title will reach the Xbox One sometime during 2015.

The Xbox One version of “World of Tanks” will share a battle server with the Xbox 360, where players can enjoy the title across both platforms. User accounts can also be shared between both versions, so players who already own the Xbox 360 version can enjoy it on the eighth-generation Xbox One. It will be available to all Xbox Live Gold members as a free download.

“World of Tanks: Xbox 360 Edition” launched last February for the seventh-generation device. It’s been downloaded 5.4 million times and has been played more than 52 hours.

“World of Tanks” originally launched as a PC game in North America in 2011. It holds a Guinness World Record in the category of Most Players Online Simultaneously in one MOG server. The record was set in January 2011, when 91,311 players were online on the game’s Russian server.
