Move over Kim Kardashian, lover of rear-end selfies, because another woman is right behind.
Sarah Massey, a 33-year-old mother from Chicago, claims to have the “world’s biggest butt,” measuring seven feet wide.
According to UK’s The Mirror, Massey weighs 32 stone, or 448 pounds, and wears a size 10XL in pants. But even though she admits she once cracked a toilet seat in half by sitting on it, she’s “proud” of her figure.
"I went through a stage of worrying what people think, but now I want to show the world I am proud to be me,” she told The Mirror. "Some people can't believe one person can have this much butt because I've got a relatively small frame on top they say, 'that can’t be real.’ I carry this weight with me all the time, everywhere I go, it’s definitely not fake. Big booties are just in my blood."
Albert Little, her husband and father of her two sons—Christian, 14, and Aaron, 7—doesn’t seem to mind it, either.
But it wasn’t always easy for Massey, who suffered through bullying and name-calling growing up.
"At school I was teased and called Dump Truck Butt by the other kids, but the condition is hereditary - there's nothing I can do about it.”
While she has risen above the hateful remarks her figure has garnered, Massey said living life each day is no walk in the park.
"Because of my size I can't ever find outfits in normal stores,” she said, adding she wears a size 7XL in shirts and 10XL in pants. “I have to go to specialists. I buy most of my clothes online because there are few plus-size stores with big enough clothes.”
She said she even pays more than $650 monthly on “larger outfits.”
Her troubles extend far beyond clothes, too; It’s difficult for her to get through entranceways and she has to be very careful where she sits.
"With most doorways I have to go in sideways - I do the little wiggle dance to get through,” she said. "I've broken chairs before and I once broke a toilet bowl I was sat on at the theatre - it was awful."
However, Massey said she’s found an accepting community online for those who appreciate curvy women, adding that modelling photos she posted online “went viral.”
Although Guinness has not given her the official title of “World’s Largest Butt,” she hopes to inspire others to be proud of their bodies.
"I'm trying to make the most of what I've been given and being confident about who I am makes me happy,” she said. "If I can inspire others to embrace their curves and be proud big, beautiful women, I would be very happy."
