The WrestleMania 35 match between Kurt Angle and Baron Corbin was made official on “Monday Night Raw,” and the show set the stage for a couple of other matches to be added to the card. It’s pretty clear what’s in store for Women’s Team Team Champions Sasha Banks and Bayley, as well as three-time WWE Champion Roman Reigns.

Batista was also featured in a major segment on Monday’s show, furthering his storyline with Triple H.

Sasha and Bayley were challenged by Natalya and Beth Phoenix to a WrestleMania 35 match. During an ensuing match between Sasha and Natalya, the women were interrupted by Nia Jax and attacked by Tamina Snuka.

All three teams seem to be headed for a tag team title match at WrestleMania 35. The Iconics are expected to be the fourth team added to the match. Sasha and Bayley announced that they will appear on “SmackDown Live” to confront Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, and according to PWInsider, the team will likely get a championship shot on April 7.

PWInsider also reported that Batista’s interview segment that was broadcast on the titantron Monday was actually taped a week ago backstage. The wrestler-turned-movie star is set to face Triple H in a no holds barred match at WWE’s biggest event of 2019.

Both Batista and Angle are expected to have their final WWE matches at Metlife Stadium.

Drew McIntyre challenged Reigns to a WrestleMania 35 match Monday. Reigns wasn’t on the show a week after McIntrye attacked him, but he’s expected to face the former NXT champion in a few weeks.

McIntyre defeated Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in consecutive weeks on “Monday Night Raw.”
