The Xiaomi Mi Max and Mi Band 2 devices will be officially unveiled on May 10. The leaked photos of both the devices have surfaced ahead of their official launch date.

In the previous week, Lei Jun, the CEO of Xiaomi, had showcased teaser images of Xiaomi Mi Max phablet and Mi Band 2 fitness tracker. Now, freshly leaked photos of both the devices have surfaced on Weibo, Mobi Picker reported.

By looking at the leaked photo of Xiaomi Mi Max, it can be said that the phablet resembles Mi Note and Mi Note Pro smartphones that were released in January 2015. It sports very thin bezels along with three capacitive buttons below the screen.

The Mi Max features a metallic frame along with a huge display. Rumors have it that it will come with a 6.4-inch screen. Speculations indicate that it will be fueled by Snapdragon processor that features a hexa-core CPU. It will be coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The native storage of the device will be 32 GB. It will be featuring a rear camera of 16 megapixels and a front-facing camera of 5 megapixels.

The Xiaomi Mi Max is expected to arrive preinstalled with Android 6.0 Marshmallow that is overlaid with MIUI 8 interface. It won’t be a flagship device, but a midrange or upper-midrange device with a huge display.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 will be launched to succeed the Mi Band 1S from 2015. The screen will show fitness stats and notifications to the user. It will also feature a physical button that can be used to access its multiple health-centric features. Rumors suggest that it will carry a price tag of $16.

Apart from Mi Max and Mi Band 2, Xiaomi is also expected to unleash the MIUI 8 based on Android Marshmallow OS on May 10. Speculations indicate that the Chinese manufacturer is working on a Mi Watch smartwatch that will be announced later this year.
