Young and the Restless
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) prepares for the worst-case scenario regarding her crimes on the Monday, Dec. 18 episode of "The Young and the Restless." CBS

She's admitted to being the one who stole Victor's money and put it in an offshore account, and now, Nikki will prepare herself for the possibility that she will be spending the holidays behind bars on the Monday, Dec. 18 episode of "The Young and the Restless."

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) admitted to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) on the CBS soap that she was responsible for the anomaly in Victor's (Eric Braden) accounts, and was the reason JT (Thad Luckinbill) was back in town investigating. Her daughter quickly went to action to try and protect her mother, and even plotted to try and seduce JT into being more lenient on whoever was responsible. However, her ruse didn't work, and JT warned her that her mother had committed a crime, and would therefore need to pay the price.

Now, Nikki is prepared to do just that, as she is well aware that if JT tells the cops what she did, she will quickly be arrested and sent to prison for the crime. As she prepares for what she is sure is a certain fate, she will warn Kevin (Greg Rikaart), who was her accomplice in stealing the funds, that the secret is out, and will encourage him to get back out of Genoa City again as quickly as possible.

Nikki stole the funds from Victor because of their ongoing battles since their marriage fell apart again, and she was also hoping to beat him when it came to his plans to develop over Chancellor Park. Though her intentions were noble, what she did was still wrong, and now that she knows JT is on to the truth, she feels she will now face the consequences.

However, JT could instead surprise her and Victoria, by instead covering for Nikki as a favor, and also letting Victor know he is cleared of the investigation, by claiming that it was a simple error from the bank. However, while his news will be good for Nikki, she still could be in big trouble. Sure her mother was going to be sent to jail anyway, Victoria came clean to Victor about who stole from him. Now that he knows, he may decide to take Nikki's justice into his own hands,

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
