2. Dr Liia Ramachandra

Dr. Liia Ramachandra, Pharm.D., Ph.D. is a serial entrepreneur and healthcare executive. Dr Liia is the Founder and CEO of EpiLynx by Dr. Liia, a medically clean (hypoallergenic, gluten-free, vegan) beauty brand. Dr. Liia holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Groningen University, Netherlands, as well as a Ph.D.in Medicine Development from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.

Dr. Liia used her own experience with psoriasis and gluten intolerance when forming her company, which offers gluten-free, allergen-free, vegan and clean skincare. The company is focused on developing and manufacturing products with natural ingredients for those with gluten sensitivities, allergies, autoimmune conditions and sensitive skin. Having originally started out of necessity — the mother of all inventions — EpiLynx by Dr. Liia has now grown to a whole line of gluten-free skin care and cosmetics products.

3. Alexandra McGroarty

Alexandra McGroarty is the Co-Founder of McGroarty & Co. Consulting , a human resources consulting firm. She is an accomplished and results driven HR professional with expertise on a global level. Experienced in both the private equity and public corporation sectors, McGroarty is a trusted advisor and coach in the HR space, earning herself a slot as finalist in the 2021 HR Person of the Year Awards. She holds certifications in both Diversity and Coaching and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Psychology.
