According to TMZ.com, Seattle Mariners' second baseman Adam Kennedy has been officially charged with a DUI, two months after being arrested for allegedly driving drunk on an Orange County highway.
The Orange County D.A. filed the charges on Kennedy today for driving under the influence, and driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit of .08%
Kennedy is due back in court for his arraignment on June 21.
