“Bachelor in Paradise” released its first promo video during “The Bachelorette” on Monday night, and viewers ate it up. The spinoff of ABC’s hit dating show will premiere on Aug. 4, but three cast members are still being kept hush hush … until now. After “The Bachelorette’s” shocking episode 5 rose ceremony, rumors began to circulate that one of Andi Dorfman’s recently eliminated contestants would be making the move to “Paradise.”

Who is the lucky guy who will get another chance to find love? [SPOILER ALERT] It’s reportedly none other than Marquel, the 26-year-old sponsorship salesman from Rialto, California.

For those that missed episode 5 of “The Bachelorette,” Marquel decided to confront Andrew about some nasty rumors he heard from J.J. Nothing serious resulted from the confrontation, but Andi ultimately decided that her relationship with Marquel wasn’t progressing, and decided to send him, Andrew and Patrick home.

“Bachelorette” viewers immediately began to petition for the charming Marquel to become the next “Bachelor” star, but according to Reality Steve the cookie enthusiast already has other plans with ABC – “Bachelor in Paradise.”

In a tweet posted Monday, the reality TV guru revealed that Marquel is one of the three eliminated contestants from Dorfman’s season to have a second chance to find “the one” on “Bachelor in Paradise.”

If Reality Steve is correct, Marquel will be joining “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” alums like Ashlee Frazier (Sean Lowe’s season), Sarah Herron (Sean Lowe’s season), Danielle McBride (Sean Lowe’s season), Clare Crawley (Juan Pablo Galavis’ season), Lacy Faddoul (Juan Pablo Galavis’ season), Elise Mosca (Juan Pablo Galavis’ season) and Michelle Kujawa (Jake Pavelka’s season).

As we previously reported, “Bachelor in Paradise” is a new “Bachelor” spinoff that will have a six-episode run starting Monday, Aug. 4. Fans of the dating show franchise will get to see some of the biggest stars and villains from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” return for a second chance at finding their soulmates. Thirteen contestants (including the three from Andi Dorfman’s current season) will move to an “isolated romantic paradise” to “explore new romantic relationships.” But the show will have a twist – rose ceremony eliminations still exist.

According to Wet Paint, the men will be handing out the roses during week 1 and have the opportunity to save one girl of their choice. The tables will turn in week 2 when the remaining ladies in the house have the chance to save the guy they’re feeling a connection with.
