Fire in Estes Park destroyed the Park Theater Mall causing its roof to collapse but firemen helped to contain the blaze in the mall and not spread to the Park Theater, the Denver Post reported Monday.

No people were reported injured in the fire that began at 7:19 am, by 12:28 pm EST was only emitting primarily white smoke, the paper noted. The flames were shooting three to four stories high.

Bill Pinkham, the mayor of Estes Park said the incident was absolutely a tragedy, according to the paper.
