Amazon (AMZN) is enticing customers even more with the promise of “free and fast grocery delivery.” Now customers can receive groceries directly from Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market in as little as two hour on orders of $35 or more without a delivery fee.

Amazon launched the new free grocery delivery service as part of its Amazon Prime memberships, offering one- and two-hour delivery windows for customers that live in more than 2,000 eligible cities. The company is growing its grocery delivery and pickup services and said it is bringing the option to even more cities in the near future.

By waiving the $14.99/month fee, Amazon is banking on even more customers using its delivery service in areas where it is available. Grovery delivery in one hour comes with a fee while grocery delivery in two hours is free on orders of $35 or more.

To use the service, Amazon said customer can request an invitation to shop Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market delivery. The company will alert the shopper when they are able to shop the service. There was no indication from Amazon when the service will roll out to all Prime members.

“Prime members love the convenience of free grocery delivery on Amazon, which is why we’ve made Amazon Fresh a free benefit of Prime, saving customers $14.99 per month,” said Stephenie Landry, vice president of Grocery Delivery at Amazon.

“Grocery delivery is one of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon, and we think this will be one of the most-loved Prime benefits,” she added.

Shares of Amazon stock were down 0.81 percent as of 1:42 p.m. ET on Tuesday.
