Almost immediately after bipartisan negotiations for California budget stalled, Gov. Jerry Brown cut a new video vowing to seek other options to stave off billions in additional cuts to state services.

Brown criticized Republicans for fighting for a billion-dollar tax break to giant companies that keep jobs out of California, but did not discuss specifics about what his next move might be.

Instead, the governor vowed to keep going, to find other ways, and reminded the audience that the problem took a decade to build up, so time was needed to solve it.
