Meghan Markle Accused Of Using Pregnancy To Steal Kate, William’s Thunder

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been accused of using the duchess’ pregnancy news to steal Kate Middleton and Prince William’s thunder.

Just recently, rumors surfaced that Prince Harry and Markle are already expecting their second child. The news came shortly after the couple returned from their South Africa tour.

However, not everyone was happy with the pregnancy rumors. Some royal fans even accused the Duke and Duchess of Sussex of using the pregnancy news to steal the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s thunder ahead of their Pakistan tour.

“They would sell the pregnancy news as a major bombshell and use it for maximum exposure. They probably will, during the Cambridge tour. These two have zero respect for the protocol,” the netizen wrote on Twitter.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had returned a few weeks ago after their South Africa tour. Many considered their tour a success even before it ended. However, their trip ended in a surprising way after they filed a lawsuit against Mail on Sunday for publishing Markle’s private letters to her father, Thomas Markle Sr.

Many felt that Prince Harry is declaring war against the press when he also filed another lawsuit against The Sun and The Mirror for alleged phone hacking. Due to their move, many believed that the couple is indeed working against Prince William and Middleton because they upset the media.

“The Queen will be furious that H&M are setting out to upset and alienate the media just before William's sensitive tour of Pakistan. H&M are actively working against William and Kate, which is serious,” one wrote.

In related news, some royal fans who are not happy with Prince Harry and Markle’s move against the media urged the press to boycott them. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are due to attend the annual WellChild Award at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on Oct. 15.

One Twitter user said that “no press should show up for the Duke and Duchess of Suing.” Another said that they should be boycotted.
