After the confrontation with Metropoliman, Mirai breaks down and reveals he doesn't derive any joy from killing or hurting people. In "Platinum End" Episode 8, Mukaido will try to make him understand that they are trying to stop people like Metropoliman from murdering innocent people. The new episode is titled is "Symbol of Promise."

The official website has released the synopsis and spoiler stills of "Platinum End" Episode 8. The spoilers suggest Metropoliman, whose true identity is revealed, is preparing for his next offensive.

Are Mirai and company ready to face the next attack?

Saki, who could not participate in the last battle, is thinking about something else.

In Episode 7 of the anime, Mukaido and Mirai walked right into a dangerous trap. The top floor of the Grand Tower exploded as soon as they got closer to it. Unfortunately, the bomb exploded close to Mukaido and he lost consciousness and fell off the tower. Mirai rushed to catch him.

After a few tense moments, Mukaido regained consciousness and his flying suit took the impact of the blast. Mirai was relieved to see him survive the attack.

Meanwhile, Mukaido was thankful he wore the blast suit. He noted Metropoliman was willing to use more than just White Arrows to kill others.

"Mirai and Mukaido use their Wings to fly to Grand Tower, where a sinister trap has been laid. Their enemy Metropoliman appears from within the shroud of smoke. Mirai finally directly confronts Metropoliman, who says he lacks the courage to fight," read the official synopsis of Episode 7, according to Hulu.

Fans can watch "Platinum End" Episode 8 online on Crunchyroll, Funimation and Hulu on Thursday. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
