Powerball, Mega Millions News: How Big Are The Jackpots For Upcoming Drawings?

The jackpots for Powerball and Mega Millions have grown after the latest drawings failed to see a grand prize winner.

The Powerball jackpot currently sits at $220 million with a cash value of $147.8 million.

The Saturday night drawing had a jackpot of $200 million with a cash value of $136.6 million. The winning numbers were 1, 6, 22, 42, and 61, with a red Powerball of 4. The Power Play was 3x.

Although no one hit the jackpot, the latest Powerball drawing resulted in a total of three instant millionaires.

There were two Match 5 winners, which will receive a $1 million payout. There was also one Match 5 winner with a Power Play, resulting in a $2 million payout.

However, those people weren’t the only lucky players from the latest drawing. There were 16 Match 4 plus red Powerball winners who won $50,000.

Four people hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball with a Power Play, winning $150,000 each. Other players won prizes between $4 to $300 from the latest drawing.

The next Powerball drawing will take place Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the Mega Millions jackpot currently sits at an estimated $122 million with a cash option of $81.1 million.

The Friday night drawing had a jackpot of $205 million with a cash value of $69.8 million. The winning numbers for the Friday night drawing were 9, 14, 40, 58, and 69, with a Mega Ball of 8. The Megaplier was 3x.

Although there were no instant millionaires from the Friday drawing, as 12 people hit the Match 4 plus Mega Ball, winning $10,000 each.

There were only five players who won the Match 4 plus Mega Ball with a Megaplier and walked away with $30,000. Other prizes from the latest drawing ranged from $2 to $1,500.
