Gainers

La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB) shares surged 4.34 percent to $13.70 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter net income of $19.6 million or $0.37 per share, up from $10.3 million or $0.19 per share in the same period a year earlier. Net sales declined to $327.4 million from $338.9 million in the previous year while analysts expected a net profit of $0.26 per share on revenues of $333.72 million.

Choice Hotels International, Inc. (CHH) shares advanced 2.64 percent to $39.25 in post-market trading. The company announced its intention to offer $400 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due in 2022.

Actuant Corp. (ATU) shares rose 2.37 percent to $28.10 in post-market trading. Analysts at Jefferies Group reiterated their buy rating on shares of Actuant with a price target of $33.00.

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (JBL) shares rose 1.96 percent to $19.80 in post-market trading. The company reported third quarter adjusted net income of $134.4 million or $0.64 per share, up from $129 million or $0.58 per share in the same quarter last year.

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (HP) shares gained 1.65 percent to $46.95 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $35.58, a 52-week high of $73.40 and $4.96 billion in market capitalization.

Losers

Chimera Investment Corp. (CIM) shares plunged 5.15 percent to $2.76 in post-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that its Board of Directors declared the second quarter 2012 common stock cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, payable July 26 to common shareholders of record June 29, 2012.

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (SHO) shares declined 2.62 percent to $10.40 in post-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that it had plans to sell 11,000,000 shares of its common stock in an at-the-market underwritten public offering pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gerdau S.A. (GGB) shares fell 2.45 percent to $8.66 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.60, a 52-week high of $11.04 and $15.12 billion in market capitalization.

Scorpio Tankers Inc. (STNG) shares declined 2.32 percent to $5.71 in post-market trading. The company stock climbed 8.33 percent in regular session.
