Six-year-old Kimberly Broffman may face eviction from the home she lives with her grandparents in Florida after she was declared as too young to live there.

Kimberly went to live with her grandparents who are her legal guardians, after her mother lost custody of her child four years ago due to her drug addiction.

The Broffmans live in a retirement community home where the residents must be 55 years and over.

The family is trying to sell their house to move and have already lowered the price from $225,000 to $129,000 but have still not found a buyer.
