New York City's narrowest house in the Greenwich Village is on sale for $2.7 million, the Associated Press reports.

The tiny but classy 3-story property is only 9.5 feet wide and 42 feet long located at 75.5 Bedford St crossing with Commerce Street in Manhattan's Greenwich Village .The exterior is covered with red bricks and large windows on each of its stories.

The current owner bought it since 2000 for $1.6 million, according to the agency.
