Amy Winehouse is refusing to allow her husband to divorce her.

The Rehab singer's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil - who is currently serving a jail term for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice - filed divorced papers last week Monday, Jan.12.

Blake suspects infedilty from her part, after she was photographed with former rugby player Joshua Bowman during her current sunshine break in the Caribbean - but the pair has denied they were romantically involved.

Winehouse told U.K. newspaper The Sun that she will not let him go without a fight.

I still love my Blake. I won't let him divorce me, it quotes her as saying.

He's still in jail but the moment he comes out I'll be there waiting for him. I love him because he's just like me. Blake is the male version of me, she said.

The couple got married in Miami, Florida in 2007.

Fielder-Civil was released from prison in November last year after serving almost a year behind bars in relation to an attack on a pub landlord in 2006. He was back in jail after less than a month for failing a mandatory drugs test which will see him forced to serve out the remainder of his sentence - meaning he could be incarcerated until early 2010.
