The rumors about the next generation iPhone, dubbed iPhone 5, are emerging endlessly. The latest one indicates that the handset will launch at Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference (WWDC), which is scheduled for June this year.

According to Taiwanese site DigiTimes, which cited Chinese-language Commercial Times, the forthcoming smartphone will boast of "glass to glass" touch panel technology, which will benefit current touch panel suppliers TPK Holding and Wintek.
This isn't the first rumor that claims iPhone 5 might launch in the summer. 9to5Mac had also reported the same about the release date, citing a "reliable source" at the Chinese factory Foxconn.

Except the current iPhone 4S, which was launched last Oct., previous iPhones were unveiled at Apple's annual WWDC conference.
