Actor Brian Austin Green is likely to get spousal support from Megan Fox when they divorce, TMZ reported Monday. Green’s vertigo following a car accident last December, which reportedly put him temporarily out of work, has been cited as possible reason for support.

On Friday, reports emerged that Fox and Green were filing for divorce after 5 years of marriage. It was reportedly said at the time that Fox would pay spousal support to Green due to the disparity in their incomes.

According to TMZ, Green has not worked because of his medical condition since the accident, and Fox would possibly pay spousal support. A drunk driver reportedly hit the couple’s car in December last year.

Green, 42, began dating Fox, 29, in 2004 and the two got engaged in November 2006. However, the couple ended their relationship in February 2009. But the two rekindled their love and were engaged again in June 2010. Later the same month, they got married in a private ceremony on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
