Carl's Jr. and Hardee's have teamed up for their new sinful creation: The Memphis BBQ Burger.

It's a dizzying amalgamation of charbroiled burger patty that is topped with smoked, pulled pork, crispy onion strings, American cheese and Memphis-style BBQ sauce on a sesame seed bun.

The delectable pulled pork burger definitely has what it takes to sabotage your diet as it boasts a whopping 1,000 calories, 58 grams of fat, 83 grams of carbohydrates and 1,940 mg of sodium, according to Hardee's nutrition calculator -- and that's not counting fries and a drink.

To undo the damage, you'd probably have to resort to vegetarian meals for about a week, reduce your intake of saturated fat and increase your fiber. Opting for whole grains may not be such a bad idea either. According to Everyday Health, "Whole grains are linked to weight control and a reduced risk of heart disease."

Each Memphis BBQ Burger starts at $3.79 a la carte and can be ordered as a combo meal with fries and a drink. Hardee's plans on serving two smaller variations of the Memphis BBQ Burger: a 1/3 Lb. Memphis BBQ Thickburger, along with a Memphis BBQ little Thickburger. While no nutritional data was provided for 1/3-lb. the Little Thickburger contains 710 calories, 39 grams of fat, 61 grams of carbohydrates and 1,580 grams of sodium.

But what's an unveiling of a Carl's Jr./Hardee's burger without a tantalizing commercial? A video ad spot will begin airing nationally on Monday and will feature blonde TV show host and model Sara Underwood and actress and model Emily Ratajkowski.

"We believe in burgers." What kind? "Big, fat, juicy, running down your arm kind of burgers." the chains -- both owned by CKE Restaurants -- said in a TV commercial last year."We believe in putting hot models in our commercials because ugly ones don't sell burgers."

Brutal but honest.
