Will the Castle (Nathan Fillion)/Beckett (Stana Katic) break up drama come to an end in the "Castle" Season 8 winter finale? Disgruntled fans certainly have their hopes up for Monday's teasingly titled installment, "Mr. and Mrs. Castle." The episode promises a mini vacation of sorts for the on-the-outs couple and even some dancing! However, a sneak-peek video reveals that while Castle will be busting some moves out on the dance floor, it will not be to woo his wife.

According to ABC's synopsis for the new episode, Castle and Beckett are on the case of a murdered cruise ship entertainer, so, of course the pair go to check out the boat. Then, while they are sniffing around the crime scene, the ship sets sail, stranding the pair at sea. That does not stop Castle from snooping around, though, and in a sneak-peek video he pays a visit to the case victim's dance troupe. There, he clumsily pretends to be Dave Shurmur, a rich guest who has paid to be a part of the night's performance. Castle claims to be there early to get a head start with rehearsal and soon he is doing his best jazz hands routine across the stage with the other dancers. All is going remarkably well until Castle realizes he is expected to catch another one of the dancers for a lift. The clip ends before fans get to see if he is successful.

While Castle will clearly be having some fun with the dance troupe, the cruise might also give Castle and Beckett's a chance to rekindle their relationship. At the end of episode 7, the couple's anniversary dinner -- which Castle only earned with the help of confetti and balloons -- ended in the couple getting a bit intimate as they took a "time out from the time out."

“Kate…I have never given up hope. Not since the day we met. And that will never change until you tell me it should," Castle told his wife.

That bodes well for the future and, as previously stated, the episode title certainly is cause to be optimistic. However, no preview videos, photos, or interviews have hinted at any change in the couple's relationship status, so it could just as easily be more fake out fun (or frustration, depending on your perspective). The break up has been a divisive twist for fans and has been suggested as a possible cause for the series' decline in the ratings.

Will "Caskett" reunite in the winter finale? Fans will have to wait to find out. "Castle" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
